Golden Ravine

About this work

Soft fields of blush, lavender-grey, and pale blue are divided by flowing raised veins of gold leaf. Fine contour lines echo the main curves and give the surface a layered, geological character. Its vertical composition works well in an entrance, hallway, or formal reception area. This piece is hand-painted in acrylic and oil with gold leaf on 100% cotton canvas, stretched over an internal wood stretcher. An external pine-wood frame is available as an optional add-on. - Material: 100% cotton canvas - Medium: acrylic, oil, and gold leaf - Finish: hand-painted - Frame: internal wood stretcher included; external pine-wood frame optional (add-on)
