Golden Reeds

About this work

Tall botanical stems and grasses rise in metallic gold against a warm ivory background, above a dense textured base in deep brown and bronze tones. The generous horizontal format brings warmth and natural detail to a dining room, living area, or large console wall. This piece is hand-painted in acrylic and oil with gold leaf on 100% cotton canvas, stretched over an internal wood stretcher. An external pine-wood frame is available as an optional add-on. - Material: 100% cotton canvas - Medium: acrylic, oil, and gold leaf - Finish: hand-painted - Frame: internal wood stretcher included; external pine-wood frame optional (add-on)
