Woven Balance

About this work

Broad beige, taupe, and pale grey forms are layered with black mesh-like blocks and long gestural lines. The open white ground keeps the composition light, while the textured forms add depth above a sofa or console. This piece is hand-painted in acrylic and oil on 100% cotton canvas, stretched over an internal wood stretcher. An external pine-wood frame is available as an optional add-on. - Material: 100% cotton canvas - Medium: acrylic and oil - Finish: hand-painted - Frame: internal wood stretcher included; external pine-wood frame optional (add-on)
